No fake before-and-afters. Just the method and an honest timeline.

I don’t put client bodies, names or numbers on a website as marketing material. What I can show you is exactly how the work is built, what it is pointed at, and how long it actually takes.

01

The goals every program targets

Written the way clients say it out loud.

These are program goals, not testimonials. They come from what people tell me they want in the first conversation.

GOAL 01

Visibly leaner and stronger

Without giving up the rest of their life to get there.

GOAL 02

Look forward to training again

Instead of dreading it and negotiating with themselves every morning.

GOAL 03

Energy left at the end of the day

Rather than crashing on the couch at eight and calling it rest.

02

The arc

What twelve weeks actually feels like.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Almost too easy, on purpose

Habit and movement quality first. You should leave sessions thinking you could have done more.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    First real performance win

A rep you didn't have. A load that used to feel heavy moving smoothly. Usually before the scale moves.

  3. Weeks 5–8

Clothes change before the scale does

Accessory volume shows up in fit. Primary lifts keep climbing on the progression rules.

  4. Weeks 9–12

    Visible change, both dials

Leaner and stronger in the same block, because they were never separate projects.

  5. Month 6+

    It stops being a project

The routine becomes the boring, reliable part of the week — the phase nobody puts on a graphic.

03

The numbers behind the plan

The dials, stated plainly.

0–8

Rep range on the heavy primary lift, two reps left in reserve.

0%

Typical calorie shift from maintenance. Never a 40% slash.

0k

Upper end of the daily step target — movement outside the gym.

0th wk

Planned lighter week where adaptation consolidates.

The transformation that set the standard

Someone who had failed every program for a decade stayed a full year. Imperfect year — travel, an injury detour, a work quarter that ate two months — and they stayed, and rebuilt their life around the routine rather than squeezing the routine into their life.

Their name, their numbers and their photographs are theirs, not marketing collateral. What I took from that year is the whole method: set the floor low on purpose, never switch teams, and write the week by hand.

Your turn

Eight to twelve weeks is real. Fourteen days is a photo shoot.

If the honest version is the one you want, that's the only version I sell.
